Mama G~
My name is Amy Gross. I grew up in Caldwell and decided to stay close to home because spending time with my family is important to me. Aaron, my husband, and I met at Boise State while we were both studying education. We have been married since 2007. We have two sons, Elliot, who was born August 10, 2011, and Charles, who was born March 5, 2014, and one daughter, Darcy, who was born October 24, 2017. I enjoy running, swimming, biking, skiing, backpacking, coaching my boys' baseball and soccer teams, traveling, doing yard work, party planning, photography, and teaching.
I graduated from Boise State in 2008 with my elementary education degree, and am currently working on my master's degree in early and special education. I taught for 4 years at Star Elementary in the Meridian School District. I taught 3rd grade for two years, and switched to 4th grade the next two years. I have been teaching preschool since August 2012, with a 6:1 ratio. I love teaching, exploring, and giving children exposure to real life experiences.
